Member Services Manager
Exempt, full-time
The Member Services Manager collaborates with the Director of Strategic Growth to nurture and grow a membership program that is diverse, dynamic, and the foundation of Club programs and activities. The Member Services Manager supports and services the organization’s existing members and creates a welcoming environment for new members. The Member Services Manager is responsible for shepherding prospective members through an application process, conducting orientations for new members, and ensuring members are engaged with programs and activities. The Member Services Manager coordinates annual meetings of the membership and any elections that need to go up for membership votes, participates in meetings and decisions of a Membership Committee.

Campaign Assistant
Exempt, full-time
The Campaign Assistant works alongside the Executive Director (ED) and Director of Strategic Growth (DSG) on all areas related to a $15 million capital campaign. The position is focused on development activities along with general administrative support. The Campaign Assistant is highly organized and detail oriented. Responsibilities include tracking donations and processing acknowledgements, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, maintaining and updating donor and prospect information, generating reports, coordinating board and committee meetings, and monitoring all communications for the ED and DSG. The role includes building relationships, frequent communications, and interactions with Club members, members of the Board of Directors, donors, and prospects.
