How Research Illuminates  Pathways to Equity 

The Women’s Foundation of  Minnesota (WFM) is the first  statewide women’s foundation in the country and the only organization in Minnesota dedicated to transforming  futures for women, girls, and gender-expansive people. Vice President of Communications Michelle Tran Maryns will share  research and solutions from the Status  of Women & Girls+ in Minnesota report.  Michelle founded We Sparkle Co., which  provides AI-powered tools to underestimated entrepreneurs. She volunteers on  the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement North, and is a 2022  Global Good Fund Fellow  and a 2021 Bush Fellow. She earned a  Master’s in Public Policy from  Harvard’s Kennedy School  of Government.
