Reclaiming Purpose - Empowering Seniors to Advocate for Purpose, Independence, and Meaningful Engagement
Aging may change how we do some things, but it does not change our need to feel useful, connected, independent, and valued. In Reclaiming Purpose, Marlena Hemenway introduces the principles of Geriatric Montessori as a practical and empowering way to think about aging differently.
Marlena Hemenway is the co-founder of The Geneva Suites, a residential assisted living organization in the Twin Cities, and the creator of The Care Truth. For more than a decade, she has worked alongside older adults and their families, helping them navigate aging while preserving what matters most: dignity, independence, connection, and purpose
This is a member only event. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Woman's Club, please reach out to frontdesk@womansclub.org for more information.
