Join me to discover how our virtual program connects immigrant K–12 students directly from their brick-and-mortar classrooms to interactive, live English instruction. Learn how we built a collaborative online space that ensures high-need language learners never fall through the cracks no matter where they live.  

Ann Marchant is an English Language Development (ELD) Teacher at the Rural Virtual Academy where  she specializes in supporting K–12 newcomers and expanding English learners.  Over the course of her 24 year career, Ann has also taught in the New York City Public Schools and Stevens Point, WI Public Schools, bringing a wealth of diverse experience to language acquisition.
