Michelle Barber is a well-known figure in the Twin Cities theatre and music scene. She has appeared in over 75 productions at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres as well as dozens of productions at Guthrie, Jungle, Mixed Blood and Ten Thousand Things theatres. She was host and performer on the popular PBS live show, Nighttimes Variety, for two years interviewing such guests as Jon Hendricks, Richie Havens, Leo Kottke and Marion McPartland. Michelle started out a jazz singer, having the luck of having both her father Bill and her brother Billy as her accompanists throughout the fifty years of performing.
