Politics in Latin America from an Indigenous Perspective 

Rob Scarlett has spent a good part of both his NGO career and his business career  in Latin America, and his take on politics in Latin America does not conform to  the conventional views often held by those who work within the U.S. foreign policy establishment. While the Foreign Policy Association (author of the Great Decisions guidebooks) applies the “left-right” prism to its analysis of political trends in Latin  America, Rob has become fascinated with the increasing political engagement of  the indigenous peoples in the Americas.
