Connie Evingson & Sanford Moore Jazz

Connie welcomes special guest pianist, music director and longtime colleague Sanford Moore to this month’s Jazz in the Lounge.  Having worked together since 1986 with vocal jazz group Moore by Four, Connie and Sanford have lots of songs and stories to share from their early days at Ruby’s Cabaret on East Hennepin, the Dakota in St. Paul and Mpls., holiday concerts at Orchestra Hall and many jazz festivals, club dates and concert tours around the world.  Featured selections include songs from their early CD collaborations “I Have Dreamed,” “Fever,” and “Some Cats Know” on Connie’s record label Minnehaha Music, and from various concerts over the years. Dinner and drinks available.
