The Woman's Club of Minneapolis has long been a preferred site for magnificent wedding receptions. For decades, the society pages were filled with photographs of smiling brides posed on the stairs in our Lounge. Today, a new generation of couples has discovered the Clubhouse's incomparable character and charm.

The centerpiece of the Clubhouse is our Lounge—an Italian Renaissance-styled room with wood floors and a heavy beamed ceiling. The 16th-century carved fireplace mantel came from the palace of the Corsi family of Cortona, Italy. Well appointed with Oriental rugs and European antiques, the room sets the perfect tone for your special day. Tall arched windows open onto a covered Loggia overlooking Loring Park, with sweeping views of the Basilica dome and the downtown skyline. When the weather cooperates, your guests might linger on the Loggia for the entire evening.

The Dining Room is adjacent to the Lounge and features a constantly changing exhibit of works by regionally known artists. It's the ideal site for a formal, sit-down dinner for a larger group.

Whether your vision is a magnificent multicourse feast or a creative cocktail party, you'll have a bounty of menu options and service styles to choose from, and a variety of elegant spaces to enjoy, from our stately foyer to our spectacular new rooftop patio.
