Meetings & Corporate Events

The business adage says, "location, location, location," and when it comes to corporate events, we'd have to agree. The right environment can make your gatherings infinitely more pleasurable and productive. Through the decades, The Woman's Club of Minneapolis has hosted hundreds of corporate events ranging from critical closed-door meetings to grand annual parties.

MEETINGS

The Club is the perfect setting for your meeting, conference or retreat. Our warm atmosphere is the ideal location for you and your colleagues to take a fresh look at problem-solving. Meeting rooms vary in size to accommodate groups from 12 to 120 people. We offer full-menu selections for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Morning and afternoon breakouts can be scheduled. Meal service will be provided in your meeting room, or your group may enjoy eating in our elegant Dining Room. Our entire facility offers wireless Internet access and a full range of audio-visual equipment is also available.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Many companies have used The Woman's Club of Minneapolis for large corporate parties and functions. Our main floor accommodates 400 people for a stand-up cocktail party. The entire Clubhouse can accommodate 350 people for a sit-down dinner. Our 630-seat Theatre is a perfect venue for shareholder meetings or large training sessions. A cocktail party or dinner followed by an evening's entertainment in our Theatre makes a special reward for your employees or clients. Some companies have offered carriage rides around Loring Park for the enjoyment of their guests. Our central location and easy access to the freeway system make us convenient, and our free parking distinguishes us from other downtown locations.
