Club Members and their guests are invited to attend a truly exceptional charcuterie cooking class hosted by our very own Chef Steph. Learn about the cutting and curing processes for cured sausages, salmon, and more!
Attendees will enjoy cocktail-style dining with crackers, jams, spreads, and breads brought to each table, and Chef Steph will show you the best techniques to create your own charcuterie board.
