11:00 am Tuesday Program: Joanie Smith “Flappers and Suffragettes, Women’s Power in Dance.”

12:00 noon Lunch at the Club
1:15 pm Depart for the Textile Center, 3000 University Ave SE, Minneapolis
Each person is responsible for their own transportation. Car pooling is encouraged! Parking is available on the street, in a small lot behind the building and in the neighborhood.
2:00 pm Curated Tour of the Textile Center
View the Exhibits, including a special juried exhibit honoring one of Minnesota’s most famous sons, Prince! This exhibit features the work of 24 quilters from around the nation.
Shop in the Textile Center Shop, which features exquisite handmade fiber art, luscious wearables of every hue to home decor and gift items, along with books, professional art supplies and tools, fibercraft kits, and other unique finds. Your purchase supports local and national artists.
Cost: $10.00 per person (cash or check), collected at the door. This is a choreographed tour, designed with an arts grant.
